We want you to feel great about your purchase. If Healthy Lifestyle Challenge isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or reply to your order receipt email.

You can also open your profile inside the app and click "Request a refund" to be sent directly to Paddle's customer portal.

What happens when a refund is approved

Once your refund is approved, the funds are returned to your original payment method (typically within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank). Your lifetime access is revoked immediately upon refund approval.
