1. Who we are

Healthy Lifestyle Challenge ("we", "us", "our") provides a digital wellness coaching product accessed via this website. By creating an account or making a purchase, you are contracting with Healthy Lifestyle Challenge.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that any information you provide is accurate.

4. The service

Healthy Lifestyle Challenge gives you access to daily missions, streaks, and progress tracking across five wellness tracks. Content is for general wellness education only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before changing your diet, exercise, or mental health routine.

5. Account and credentials

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or to spam other users.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property rights.
• Interfere with the security of the service (malware, probing, scraping, etc.).
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.

7. Intellectual property

All software, content, branding, and documentation are owned by Healthy Lifestyle Challenge or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Payments and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

10. Service level

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or abuse, or repeated policy violations.

12. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or applicable law.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction there.
